I don't do many tripod shots of flowers but still air provided an opportunity.

E-P2, Elmarit 60mm macro plus 1:1 extension tube at closest focus, f11 ISO 100 tripod, 8 sec antishock, diffuse sunlight. Cropped ca 50%. (EXIF not available, so shutter speed unknown).

    There was also a comfort and awkwardness issue overcome by the tripod. The flower was, as they do, hanging vertically and was not far off the ground. Even framing it was difficult. Using my tripod* and angled viewfinder, I could take my time to set up shots. thumb.gif
