Help! Watermark appears correctly in thumbnails, but shows "PROOF" in lightbox

when you open a gallery and scroll through the thumbnails the watermarks appear as they should, but when you click an image to open it there's the big ol' PROOF on all of them.
What can I do?

But just in case anyone else has this problem:
In the Organizer I had selected photos, opened the watermark tool, and applied the correct watermark.
But in the Gallery Settings the default "PROOF" watermark was selected.
Once I changed that, they all work fine. Apparently the gallery settings override the organizer watermark tool?
