  When I load your page, Chrome correctly detects it as English. Do you still see the issue? If so, are you using the latest version of Chrome? Can you provide me a link to the page that appears to be in Lithuanian?

  Mine was doing something similar for an hour or two a week or so back, although in Portuguese from memory, but the problem just went away again as strangely as it arrived!
