  Yes. You can change settings in organizer for all galleries within a folder. Go into the organizer, click on a folder to open, click all of the galleries in that folder where you want to apply the changes and click the Settings button, then select and apply the changes you want to make.
  
  You will need to click the Appearance tab, click the checkbox in front of gallery style, change the style, then click save.
