Non functioning Slideshow in Public View

Dear Smug Muggers,
As the title suggests, am finding my slideshow non functioning in public view. I believe it is set as my Homepage Background. Functions quite fine when logged in. Flash player is updated, and may have inadvertently changed a few setting days ago, yet having gone through numerous settings and attempts to correct without success.

Would most appreciate some kindly assistance.

This is a guess - where are the slideshow photos coming from? The gallery used must be either public or unlisted. If the gallery is set to private it is viewable only by you and only when you are logged on to your site.

Denise thank you for responding. They are located in a folder titled Other, and are indeed set as Unlisted. Any other thoughts appreciated.

You say the folder is unlisted. What about the gallery?

Can you provide a link to the gallery containing the photos? Maybe that will give us a hint.

That link takes me to the login page. If you mean this: http://www.princly.com/Other/Slideshow, that takes me to your '404 Not Found' page.

Since the gallery is unlisted you'll need the image key to the first image in the gallery for it to work, (example "www.princly.com/Other/Slideshow/asdfiuwyrioquhweklfhaslkdfuhaiur23lkrh" ... that won't work, it was just an example).

The slideshow worked fine for me, both logged in and logged out. Are you still having any problems?

Gents, perhaps the image key is the missing link. As mentioned the Slideshow performs fine when signed in, and also when signed out, however when deleting cookies in IE, or Firefox browsers, it's back to missing non functioning Slideshow.
