  When I click there, it says "Chat is available Monday-Friday 9am–8pm EST. Chat by email any time."
  And my e-mails have been unanswered since last night.
  I am trying to get my new smugmug set up before Oct. 15th.
  Please help.

  I think there is generated automatic reply email for all they receive which should arrive back to you soon after they receive it.

  In most cases, it looks like our Support Heroes were able to respond pretty quickly (within an hour or less), though I did notice a large gap overnight. Were you able to get the responses you were looking for?

  I have to admit. In the past ~10 years or so, Smugmug support has been great. I guess I just hit a bad time this past weekend.
  
  YES ... so far I've been getting the answers I need to get me pointed in the right direction in getting my new smugmug look going.
