Portfolio Setup

Hey all,

I'm just starting to dig into creating the Portfolio portion of my site in depth. I'm trying to figure out the best way to organize it and could use some input.

My ideal scenario is to have each gallery of photos in the Portfolio be a vertical scroll of images followed at the end by a smaller grid of all the portfolio galleries available.

I know I can do this with by creating a Page for each set of photos, but then I would need a Page and an Unlisted Gallery for each set of photos. Seems bulky. Is there a simpler way to do this?

To give you an idea of what I'm looking to create, see this page I created on Cargo (in my search for a better Portfolio before SM created the new system). This example is a horizontal scoll and I'm now looking to make it vertical, but the idea is the same. The available galleries are all at the end of the one set of photos.

Thanks for any advice!
Adam

I think I've figured out what I was looking for. I've set up galleries the way I want them (roughly, still a bit of tweaking to do).

I just need to manually add navigation to the bottom of each Gallery, though it's better than custom-creating a Page for each shoot.

    Check it out: http://www.adamfarber.com/Portfolio/Music

    Two questions:

    1. Is there any way to adjust the theme/customization for multiple galleries at once, but NOT for all galleries? Or, can you copy and paste the theme/customization for galleries?

    2. If you go to the link I pasted above, you'll see the "Share" icon below each photo. Clicking on it doesn't do anything, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

    Thanks!
