Dance of the Merry Maker
These were all taken from a boat. I had no expectations of catching an egret but as we were floating along this guy sort of danced along the shore line as he followed us (not really but he was not overly concerned with us). Didn't want to disturb him too much so we kept a bit of distance. The waters were choppy so the photos are not as sharp as they ought to be. the rocks look over sharpened but it isn't --- it is the movement. Regardless - it was a joy to watch this merry maker ( Jeremiah 31:4)
