I'm looking for a way to customize the contact form that is on my site. But I can't figure out where to do it. Mainly I want to add my location, phone number and email address. Can anyone help me?

Mysite is www.admitphotography.com

Thanks in advance!

I think you'll have to go for a wufoo-form instead of customizing the already existing contact form. This because I have tried some customizations lately and I cannot say that they worked very well... And your changes would mean that they overall window would probably have to become larger and things would have to get moved around a little bit. So overall it seems to me that you would be best off by using a wufoo instead.
You can add your wufoo into your page via Customize -> Content & Design -> Content -> Services -> Wufoo Form.
I must admit though I have no clue of how to create a form with wufoo...

    Good luck

This is the only option? I tried to embed a wufoo forum using the directions and it says the short link that wufoo gave me is not valid.

The only form other than the standard smug form (and that can't be customized to do what you are asking) is a wufoo form using the wufoo form content element.

Does the short link you have copied from Wufoo work when accessed directly?
