It's the time you've all been waiting for--sign-up for the Dgrin Shootout 2009 in Acadia National Park is officially open! :clap

To place your name on the list for registration, please fill out the form below completely. :deal

Note: We've had some spots open back up! Sign up if you'd like a guaranteed spot in the Shootout.

Please note that you are not officially registered until you receive confirmation from us and have paid your $104 deposit ($207 for two people). These amounts include the processing fee PayPal charges us for every transaction.

    2 issues for me... the form above doesn't have a way to submit, and the other form is not letting me choose "just me"... ne_nau.gif

    Try again (reload this page)? The form defaults to "Just me!" so if you don't do anything to it, it should submit that way. Are you receiving an error message?

    Worked that time, the only thing I did differently was to not "tab through" the form, I just skipped over the "just me" entirely... not sure if that made the difference. ne_nau.gif

    Reread all that fine print above. deal.gif Confirmations and deposit requests will be mailed after the lototron drawing Nov. 24.

    If everything submitted correctly, you should have seen a "Success!" message pop up after you hit "Submit." If you saw that, then we have your request. thumb.gif

    All good with me. My only issue was taking a few seconds to realize the Submit button was hidden and had to scroll down to find the additional entries.

    Yet another clarification:
    Please do not sign-up AS TWO unless it's an absolutely imperative. This clause was mostly provided for dgrin couples (Dave + Kate, Pathfinder + Nightingale, etc.).
    Even if you think of rooming with a particular person, but that person is not your SO, sign up as yourself only. Later, after Nov 24, if both of you are lucky to get through the Lototron, you will have a chance to reserve the room together. Which, in fact, is a big change compared to the prior shootouts: the choice of rooms/roommates will be totally yours. deal.gif

    One more question:

    What hotel will we be staying at?
    I'd like to go to google maps to see how close to the park we'll be, and what other shops and so on are nearby.
    And of course to go to that hotels website to see what it has. (restaurant, pool, and so on)

    We're still working on finalizing the nitty-gritty details with the hotel, and we'll release the information once it's set it stone. thumb.gif Know that we'll only be minutes from the park and downtown Bar Harbor. Plenty to keep you occupied during those nonshooting hours (if such hours even exist!). :D

    If that form was created using a FREE wufoo account than it has met the monthly usage limit of 100 submissions!
