I just go my new lens (see sig) and here is my first good shot.. Haven't had time to go out and do anything with wildlife yet.

Ah Gees...

The Daff's color is brilliant! However, it's foliage blade cuts right through that color like a knife. A good inaugural shot, nonetheless.

The bokeh of the lens is very pleasing... composition is not so good on this shot. New toys are fun to have, happy shooting Jtheffy .

Thanks for the CC! The telephoto lens is the new one - the standard was my kit lens.
As for the comp - what else is bad other than the blade in front of the flower?
