SmugMug's 5th Anniversary Gala was a smashing success!

We built it and they came... oh boy did they come! The Smug Your Mug Photo studio was Times Square on New Years Eve. Undaunted by the chaos, SmugMaster Shay furiously snapped a continuous stream of uniquely Smugged Mugs.     JEEZ! It was easier to be a LPS judge. At least then I got to pick 10 favorites.

    Hmmm..., good question! Wish I'd thought of it sooner. I know many of the entrants wouldn't mind their names posted to the forum so I'll certainly identify them after.

    Some of them are from business partners, even companies like Adobe who contributed to the pool of prizes, but we didn't include anyone from SmugMug. We didn't think it would be fair for us to be eligible for prizes.

    FWIW, #2 (who finished up in 3d place) is my youngest, Helen, who plenty of you saw in so many of my pictures (but none was as good as Shay's bowdown.gif)
