Shopping Cart Suggestion
I had a client looking to purchase photos last night and found the shopping cart hard to understand in regards to the BUY THIS PHOTO button. She assumed if she pressed that button that she would be taken directly to checkout and not be able to purchase other prints/items at the same time.
She did not purchase any photos and contacted me about this, I explained the process and said she would return another time to buy prints. If you have never used SM before to purchase prints this is a bit confusimg. If I could suggest you change that to be an ADD TO CART button I think it would be more intuitive and 'standard' as far as shopping carts and online purchases go. Just another suggestion for the mighty SM heros to ponder. Thanks for listening
