Holiday Print Ordering Cutoff Times

Here they are, pretty self-explanatory. The dates are listed below according to holiday and shipping method. Orders received on or before a given day for the specified holiday and shipping method are to be delivered in time for that holiday. We are not able to promise timely delivery for orders received after these times.
