archiving past galleries
Hi, am about to start another baseball and softball season here in Australia. Wondering how I go about archiving last years galleries so that people can still view them but so they are all in their own "gallery" Hope this makes sense.

Hi Swatty,

To organise your site you could use Categories and Subcategories on your SmugMug site.

It's important to think of Categories and Sub-Categories are like storage bins - and Galleries are the things you store in those locations. You can decide to put the Galleries in a Category or a Sub-Category - but they need to live in one of those locations.

I have great article on how to use categories and subcategories:
http://help.smugmug.com/customer/en/...-subcategories

And an article how to create categories and sub-categories:
http://news.smugmug.com/2011/04/06/s...th-categories/

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Take care,

Tom
