Congrats to the top finishers! Kentwallers' was my favorite from the start...made me want to be there. Mine missed it by "just that much" LOL! Thanks for the votes guys... wish there was more fall around here.

I'm willing to give people some leeway without going into panic mode over it. I haven't been here long but the last couple of these that I've participated in haven't been exactly on deadline, so I thought that was the norm.
I had a hard time restricting my votes to 10 and I think all the winners are deserving and the votes have picked the best ones.

I started making comments in the gallery but stopped after they started getting cut off, an issue I thought would be resolved after I reformatted my computer, but alas, no luck. Very frustrating to think through & type out a sentence long comment only to have it shortened to the first two words. Am hoping the SmugHeroes can help me get it fixed.

1) kentwaller: trailblazer in the mist - Purely breathtaking!  2) The Curious Camel: To everything there is a season - Reminds me fondly of my childhood autumn days in the Midwest  3) Beachbill: Conacopia of Color - Makes me want to skip down that colorful path!  As for my own (first ever here) entry uh, not so much. ;) Ah but I learned a bunch just by entering/hanging out in these forums (like... I never before knew what a "bokah" was!) Thanks to ALL who entered and especially those who kindly handle the technicals here (and MOST especially to Alan who so patiently taught me how to post such thumbnails! here in the DG forums) ;)
