Some time ago I posted a trail/concept picture. Considering all the tips and input, this what it became.

Exemplary, except for the fact that the barbed wire looks added after the fact.

Great shot D3. I think the composite is pretty good. Not sure it's worth fussing over but you may try adding a very slight drop shadow, the same opacity as the shadow created by the hood on the tip of her nose.

Dear viewers,
The barbwire is real and placed on the head. I will place the picture without the cover, so that you can see it.
The lower one is added afterwards, as two didn't seem right.
Picture is coming as soon as I am home.

Thank you. It does not take that much courage, I am a strong believer of freedom of speech and thought .

For those of you who had questions if the barbwire was real , well here it is: (bad picture quality, was a snapshot)

For whatever it is worth, there is something very striking about the texture and color of the rust on the barbed wire in your setup shot...is there a color version?

I also think that showing skin identations caused by the barbs - as seen above the model's right eye - would've further improved this image :)

Thanks, and yes there is also a color version. The barbed wire is an old piece recovered from a farm, rusty and still sharp.
I will place the color version later.

Indeed but it was a bit to painful. The sharpness and rust were not helping .
