It takes time to enter all the info into the poll, usually I do it at night when the board is quiet and no one notices that they will post the first part while I enter in the info to the poll part. Vote away now!

Nice work everyone. That one seemed hard for me, I'm glad to see others overcome and knock out some fantastic images.

I found it difficult to vote in this round. With such a broad topic, I had to just pick the images that I thought were nice. Rather than comparing to judge which images were better composed, lit, exposed, framed etc.

Having said that, there were so many great shots. Good job and good luck to everyone.

Just to give everyone a heads up, JAG is catching a plane today and will be unavailable to close the poll. That leaves me to post the results. Since the poll was delayed and started in the morning it officially closes at 8:52 am Pacific time. Make sure you vote before it closes.

Even though the poll closes in the morning, I will be unable to post the results until late evening due to work and other commitments. I will post them ASAP, so hang tight ;)

In an earlier message, Sean said that Joyce (JAG) is catching a plane today, so he will be posting the results for her - but he won't have a chance to do so until after work. The voting ended a bit later this time around (because it started later), so there was no way it could be done overnight.

By the way, this is one of those times when I'm not going to be able to comment on the gallery. (I've had my grandson living here off and on, and he's my top priority.) But I was impressed with these scapes. Lots of gorgeous images!

Many thanks to those who have commented on images in the gallery! So nice to have feedback in the threads and/or the gallery.
