It's definitely been a while since I've been on Dgrin...been busy with a new job and opening a new business, but I think I'm ready to come back cause I have missed the contests and friends.

I can't remember if I've used this one before, but here is my only car shot so far...

I don't really have any car shots worthy to compete with what has already been posted, but I have a few 'fun' shots that I'll share.

As I said when I started this, that I didn't have a lot of car shots.
I took a few shots over the weekend, here's one that I like.
A bit of post work done to it.

Taken with a point and shoot Canon.

Took these about 4 years ago with my Nikon D50 and the 18-55mm kit lens that came with it. All at the Greenwich Classic Cars show.

My mechanic and friend races on dirt tracks. Before the season opens, his garage gets his and his nephew's cars ready. The skins are thrown out- they're pretty much beat by the end of a season - and the cars are optimized before new ones are put on.

One day on my way back from a dreaded 4-stop shopping trip and just wanted to get home but was delayed by an accident that had happened about 5 minutes before I got there. The chief here all but snorted fire when he told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures

Coming in a little bit late on this one since I was out of town. I pulled a couple that I already had up since I didn't get a chance to go out shooting. As always, any ideas/feedback is appreciated!

BMW CCA Autocross - The Porsche Club joined us for this one.



Maple Acres Farm - Not technically a car so if it doesn't qualify let me know and maybe I can put up another one tonight.


British Virgin Islands - I was going through a phase where I was going a bit over the top on editing but I still enjoy the look of this one.

I have one semi-decent car shot, and I'll throw in two others, realizing that the third is only "car-related".
