So for years, I've exported edited jpegs from Lightroom, and them uploaded those same files to Smugmug via Picasa. Occasionally I'd have to reinstall after a Picasa update, but that always resolved any issues. Until this week....Nothing is uploading via Picasa, and little is uploading with Smugmug's own uploaders.

I'm also reading in other forums that this is a problem for others, as well as for those who upload via Lightroom.

The problem persists after reinstalling. And the Old Faithful uploader is also only working one photo at a time for me.

It has been a problem for me for a month!

I installed latest Java. I use Firefox, a hero suggested Chrome tonight. I did, as well as IE; both unsuccessful.

It's nice to get response emails from heros; it shows good customer service; but the core issue isn't getting resolved

Has the upload from Picasa to Smugmug fixed yet ? i been having this issue for last few weeks and have already written to Smugmug support but no resolution I understand we can use other uploaders but this is so convenient when using Picasa and it has been quite sometime but no resolution. please help

everything support told me to do (unisntall/reinstall/different browser etc all has been done) has not helped so far

I'm sorry, but if the suggestions don't work for you, I can only suggest right now that you use the "export to folder" option in Picasa and then use the SmugMug browser uploader to upload the photos from the exported folder.
