Best video format upload to smugmug
What video format (mp4, dv, flv, etc) does smugmug support the best? I want to upload some videos to my site and just wondering which format will provide faster download time on smugmug. Thanks

Since SM converts the video and discards the original, it won't matter. The resulting file will probably be the same if the codecs inside the container (mp4, dv, flv, etc) are the same.

For best results of both video quality as well as file size, I strongly suggest following the guidelines on this page:

http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/84569

Performing noise reduction on your video, prior to conversion and reducing the data rate, will help to retain detail.
