Is it possible to add spoiler in the gallery caption?

Should work. You can use the code shown here. Just make sure to enclose it within a <html> and </html> tag so that it doesn't get filtered out.

I found the code via a quick Google search and while it may look a bit confusing, it combines all the needed code into one snippet. If you plan to use it on more than one page, it might be more efficient to use a different code that you can add to your advanced customizer and therefore reduce the amount of code you need to put into the gallery description itself.
An example for that would be the code here
