Is there any to create more than one sub-category? What I am trying to do is something like the following:

Category -- YOUTH SPORTS
Sub-category -- Team name1
galleries for Team name 1
Sub-category -- Team name 2
galleries for Team name 2

You can create as many sub-cats in a category as you'd like.

See here for an example: http://friend.smugmug.com/Sports. Each team/season is a sub-category and then each sub-category contains multiple galleries for that team/season.

How did you do the breaks in between the seasons?

It might be something I should consider doing if more levels are not added soon. Despite the stage of development for new levels, you can still vote for more levels to be added:

The breaks between the years are my own javascript customization just to make the list of sub-categories more visually readable.
