Accused Shill.
I'm surprised no one has commented on these yet-- they are quite nice, with good seperation of the subject from the bg. #3 and #4 definitely tell a fun story.

Thank you Mark. Comments seem to be hit or miss. At first I kinda took it hard but realized that at least people are looking at them.

Thanks Dennis. I was right up against the end of the pool for the majority of these. Missed a lot of the "big air" type shots from the side but loved seeing the expressions. Also, my reply about comments wasn't meant to be negative in any way.

I loves dogs!!! Good shots. The only issue I have is the background. I know it's beyond your control, but so many times, horse events come to mind the backgrounds are horrible.

Thank you Azzaro, WhatSheSaw and Sam. I understand what you are saying about the backgrounds Sam. I have some that are from the side with less in the background but they didn't grab me as much as the straight on where I could get facial expressions.

Trust me I understand and the straight on shots are the best.

The expression in #3 is just priceless!

I absolutely love these. A place near us does dock diving and I'm beginning to wonder if we should give it a try - looks like the dogs LOVE it!!

Thanks Diva. For the most part the dogs really seemed to enjoy it. There were a few who looked almost cartoonish as they skidded to stop instead of jumping. I will also say the local organizers were fantastic to their dogs and the spectators. We are going to try getting our golden to participate now.

Thank you too Overfocused.

Very nice set. I like #1 because the man and dog seem to be mimicking each other in their motion. I do wish there were a bit more room on top, if for no other reason than I could see all of the ball. I don't care much for #2--good-looking dog and you caught some nice action but in this shot the background really is too busy for me. #3 is my favorite--I love the dog's expression and the action. You might try to crop some off the right side--I find the stuff in the upper right corner a tad distracting. I like #4 a lot too, again with some very nice action and the facial expression in this one is terrific. I'd love to see more dog shots!

Lauren, thank you for the specific comments and feedback. I can't say I disagree with anything you are saying. Thank you to you as well Sapphire73. My apologies for the delay in responding as I was out of the country last week.
