From reading the info from the link posted earlier, you first need to find out where the presets are stored before checking "Store with Catalog", and then after making the new catalog, you have to manually copy all that stuff over to the new catalog. LR doesn't do that automatically. Click on the link posted earlier and read the whole post. It will tell you exactly how to do what you're trying to do.
