video resolution for power users via API
Hello,

I'm new here. Just created trial account and started playing with API.
I've noticed in API docs, that HD resolutions are limited to pro accounts.

Is it still the case?
Plan comparison chart indicates no difference in video capabilities between power and pro accounts.
Help page on video uploads doesn't mention such limitations also.

I can't verify it first hand, as trial account has pro features :(

I'm power, not pro, and I do get HD and FullHD videos.
