What happend?

The picture-quality has become much worst? I bought Smugmug because of its great quality. After such month the quality has become now very pixelated.

Who knew this problem, too?
Did Smugmug some updates? Or something else?

How do you connect to the internet? Are you on a cellular (3G or 4G), DSL, cable connection? Who's your ISP (internet service provider)?
What browser version and operating system do you use?

Can you try it via a different connection / computer if the issue is the same?

Many thanks. This could be, because I moved home and so I changed my internetprovider. Tomorrow I will get the "right" Internetconection. I will write, if nothing will change on the quality.
