images.uploadFromURL system error
Hi,

I received an error code 5 - system error - from the images.uploadFromURL API function. The file to upload was a large 680MB video.

What, should my code by doing in this situation? Should it retry immediately? Or should I report back to the client and retry manually later?

I'm interested in these answers too. I just couldn't get uploadFromURL to work for anything other than small images. Does it work reliably for anyone?
