Another request for European Lab

It's been said before but I'd like to say it again in case it makes a difference.

Very keen to use SmugMug but, as so many people have said, having a European lab with possibility to purchase in GBP or Euro is a must. I'm about to sign up to Pro Level with Zenfolio...I'd rather be with SmugMug as there are so many things I prefer, but unfortunately lack of Europe (UK) lab is a deal breaker.:cry

    I know I'm new here but the one thing I noticed is that smugmug appears to be focused on the US market or have I got that wrong? Anyhow I'd like to add my voice to a sale side for the European market.

    Andy we are so much tuned in that I am starting getting gray hair from waiting. Nearly 3 years... hmmm

    is there a chance to get this for a new-year's present for 2012? Otherwise i will have to cancel my pro account because without an integrated european or even better german lab it no longer makes sense for me to use smugmug. For me it would be really sad because in all other respects i absolutely love smugmug. But paying for a pro account and not having revenue from selling the pictures to my client via the smugmug site doesn't make any sense at all :-(

    My SmugMug Pro account is just coming up for renewal. I originally signed up because you delivered 1080p video but now your offering is sadly lacking compared to Vimeo. Without a European lab it's certainly not worth $150/year to me now. Hell it's not even worth $60/year for the video. I guess that it's easier for me to pay $40/year just so all the photos & galleries that I have created don't get deleted & I have to create them all elsewhere but honestly the SmugMug service has been downhill all the way since I first signed up several years ago.

    We don't give exact dates but I can tell you that we're NOT ignoring this and that you will be really happy once we're done, promise :D

    Andy, you know that this is starting to be boring? I am more using now my Zenfolio account - especially with the new blog feature. I love smugmug but - how would you feel if I would subscribe to smugmug but I will tell that soon I will pay you for the account. And I will promise you that for two - three years that. I do not think you would be happy with that?

    I'm sure it does get old and boring, I'm sorry about that :( We feel your pain, but we will not be forced to announce something until we're ready. I can promise you, as I have been, that extremely good things are coming. Follow the clues :D I announced I hired another European Support Hero, I posted over in Location Location Location that I'm going to be across the pond shortly and needed some venue advice wave.gif

    People today I have been on Focus on imaging and today SmugMug has announced that they started cooperation with EU lab - starting from 23 March this year we all will be able to buy print in EU - the lab I am talking about is LOXLEY COLOUR - http://loxleycolour.com/.     That's superb news. We are going to Focus on Imaging at the NEC Birmingham tomorrow & now that I come to check the exhibitor list I see that SmugMug have a booth.

    Still no UK based printing for 'Power' subscribers :(

    Well, unless we want business card sized prints from Moo.com, which are cute and cheap, but not quite the room dominating print I was hoping for :)
