Make a quick-release neck strap
You know those times you want to put your camera on a tripod and that rotten neck strap gets all tangled up well here is the answer.
Two small hand bag clips from a sewing shop, chrome split rings form a fishing tackle shop and a small bit of sewing and bingo, you have a quick release neck strap. I even managed the sewing on my wifes sewing machine, when she wasn't home of course.

Happy to help. As I said it is a simple idea but solves a frustrating problem when using a camera on a tripod.
