SmugMug Help System eating my e-mails - not delivering

Hello all

So I can't write the help desk for help, so here is the question. Why can't I write the help desk for help? I had case 23330 open for a few days with no movement to the responses I sent. I tried sending from both my domain (bradfordbenn.com) and from Gmail. If I filled out the online form I would get an answer but replies would never seem to reach anyone.

Today I sent a response back to case 28305 specifically asking for an ack. After six hours I think I can say that it has not been received.

I checked my spam filter (postini) and there are no responses from SmugMug in there and just in case I whitelisted SmugMug.com

Any ideas?
