printing

my epsom r1900 printer only prints half the page.i called epsom several times and they are convinced that the problem is in elements 7 not in the r 1900,i relaced the printer drivers and the usb cable from the printer to computer.i sucessfuly printed 10 photos from picasa.i uninstalled and re installed elements 7..i cleaned the heads several times.any ideas? thanks john
