Can slideshow be disabled?
I don't like the way my photos look in the slideshow and was wondering if there is a way to disable this feature? Thanks

in your customize gallery settings, you can force a particular gallery style - choosing any of them but slideshow....

hope this helps,

If you want to suppress it altogether, you can place this in your stylesheet html section under customization:

.play_slideshow {display: none;}

That will remove the slideshow button on all of your galleries.

Thanks, Barb, this was just what I needed! Thanks to Andy, too---I'd already tried his method, but it might be new to somebody reading the archives later.
