Where do you live and has it cleared up yet?
I think you're on the right track here. Did you use a tripod? The focus is very soft so I suspect not. You have some nice color but getting the camera more stable should open lots of doors for urban night photography!

Southern Finland and no, it hasn't :cry. The weather will probably stay this way until the sea freezes over properly sometime in January...
I did use a tripod. On a floating pier
. Getting the view was more important than a fully stable shot.
