Ipad App

The Ipad App worked great for about a month beginning February 2012 and now it crashes everytime I open it. I deleled the app and reloaded and now my account does not show up (even though I'm signed in). Judging by the poor ratings on itunes, I'm not the only one experiencing problems. Are there plans to correct these issues?

    Smugmug has had "plans" to give us a functional app for at least 15 months, according to this thread.

    But they don't tell us about any progress and most of us have given up and resorted to other options.

    I am so sorry that you are having such trouble. You may need to manually add your account via the "+" icon on the main screen of the app. If that does not solve the problem please contact us on the help desk at help@smugmug.com with the last gallery you tried to access so we can help you troubleshoot the issue.
