I've always been intrigued by Lensbaby lenses so I picked one up to see if how I would like it. Here are a few shots of my wife and son from the day I got it. Please let me know what you think!

1. Wife at the computer.

2. Son "reading"

3. Sitting by the window. This is just natural light, then converted to black and white.

4. Peeking over the couch. I wish I would have gotten the focus plane right so both eyes would be in focus.

5. Close up.

    Tim,

No zoom burst, although, that could cause an interesting effect with people. I used a Lensbaby wide open at f2.0. I missed my focus point on 4 only catching one eye, and on 1 the focus is just about right. It was my first time using (playing with) the lens. I like it, but when it is wide open the focal plane is very, very shallow.
