Custom Length Panoramic Printshop

Hello there! I have some panoramic pictures that I had printed back in 2007. I was looking to see what the cost was to print more now and I am not finding any labs directly through SM able to print the same size (cropping the length) and EZ-Prints, whom I think was the provider I used then IIRC (through smugmug, again... long time ago) also doesn't provide a custom length. I distinctly remember only choosing the height, 6" or 12", and then the length would be however long the image would be.

The print in question, the 6" version is 32" long and the 12" version is 64". Any ideas?

Searching these forums I responded to someone else that it was ez-prints, SM didn't even offer panos at the time.
