Some closeups of a female common darter. Still haven't seen any males around and there are 3 females at least waiting in the garden.

Awesome series Brian. I've just bought a set of kenko tubes but my first attempts are unspectacular to say the least.

Phil - yes it was on one of my DF perching canes but not that near the pond - they prefer sun to water :)

She has a lovely smile too, she's got a few Granny whiskers growing on her chinny chin chin :rofl

Beautiful detail Brian...... Will be a while before I can do any bending,
my aim is to be fully recovered before the SmugMug/Dgrin Shoot.
