All SmugMug Videos Sloooooooow

Is there something going on at the servers? The videos I try to watch, even SmugMug's own tutorial videos, are loading slower than... something really slow! Is there maybe an updates or news page I should be consulting?

It could be lots of things. Is it slow to load or does it also stutter when playing? I'd check out these

1. Speed. where are you located?

2. Latest Flash?

3. Computer speed.

The h.264 codec used by Smugmug takes a bit of computing power to decode. How new is your PC (or mac)?

It's slow to load. Very slow. And let me say that I wasn't having problems before.

Also, today I'm accessing video from another PC and it seems to be downloading a bit faster... but still slower than prior accesses from this PC.

Probably just a temporary glitch somewhere. I'll update here if it continues for more than a day or so.

I'm having the same problem. Smugmug videos were extremely zippy yesterday, but I can barely download a video today.

I have an excellent speed test, the latest flash and a computer barely 2 months old. It's a problem with the Smugmug servers.

Even the video sample in the FAQ (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=96856) in the "SmugMug Video Support" forum is sloooooow to load (if it loads at all).
