This is a great capture. Why? For me, the colors of the childs clothing really makes him stand out against the otherwise nearly monotone environment. Could it be better?....you bet! I see where you possibly tried to let the sky take up 1/3 of the image. Not a bad idea, but I think it would be a stronger image had you captured his entire reflection...and locate him so that he is composed using the 3rds rule as well.
