How do I create a gallery like your tutorials gallery(1100284)?

I have been able to get a nice custom look for my smugmug site but do not know how to make my non-gallery pages look like non-gallery pages. I would like to just use text on my Bio page with maybe one image. My prices page, I would like to look like your tutorials gallery.
How do I create a gallery like your tutorials gallery(1100284)?
