Pretty scary stuff is happening lately. In the UK a
law was passed that enables officials to take all
documents that you carry from you (including
memory cards) for investigation if you behave suspicous?

The usual mixture of ignorance and paranoia are seriously starting to affect photographers in the UK.

Mind you it doesn't help when the police issue advertisements such as this:-

The problem is, if that security guard attempted to stop me I would become so insensed I would probably lump him one.

If any law enforcement agency had any inkling of what to look for I do not think it would be P/S (glad they at least did not represent the terrorists using DSLR's) as I have told coppers here in the US....If I was a terrorist do you truly thnk I would be using this type of camera or a camera phone that I can instantly send that photo to my comrades across the sea.....get freaking real it would be a gps enabled cell phone...get photos and location in one simple fell swope:D.......................but maybe I am being too logical for a terrorist:D:D:dunno:dunno

Well, Most Terrorists have two legs, they use them to walk around and look at places to bomb... If you see someone who is suspicious and fits this discription, call the police.. Let experienced law officials decide how to handle this.
