Why Think Tank rocks!

Hey Smuggies,
I have a Think Tank Speed Racer. I somehow damaged the buckle, in transit, or working, I dont know. I sent them pics of the damage and they are replacing the part of the damaged buckle w/o any charges.

I love the bag and now I love their service. Think Tank Rocks! :clap:clap:clap

When deciding on a bag remember that service is part of the quality and pirce of the item.

That's awesome. Just so you know, if they didn't replace it, you can buy heavy duty quick release buckes for next to nothing at REI. I picked up a half dozen various sizes from 2" down to 3/4" for under $6. It never hurts to have some spares in your bag for emergencies.
