How to select thumbnail for a Gallery

I an new to Smugmug having set up a new account today. I have had a look in the FAQ's (and probably missed it) and done a search. But to save time can anyone tell me how to choose what picture is used as a thumbnail for a gallery. One seems to have been chosen. I have looked in Customize Gallery but no luck.

Look under photo tools dropdown while on the photo you want featured
and click "feature photo".
