Do you think it is overly saturated?

Yeah a bit oversaturated. Also is it white balanced or a little too much green tint?

There is too much of green tint as the previous poster mentioned, although it isn't a big deal to remove in software.
I don't think this is oversaturated, however, you won't know that until you make some test prints. I know of plenty of spots here with moss and lichen so green that will blow your retinas... especially in late spring!:thumb

Wow, i love the serenity! I can hear the whooosh! of the water from this end. :D
It seems a little bit too green for me, but I can't say as I didn't see this in real life. I do know that nature can shock us sometimes. :thumb

A touch oversaurated as in the prior post. How about moving your watermark to somewhere less visually offensive?
Nice shot but I'd try to make the horizon more level.
