Attempting to upload slideshow from photobucket

I am attempting to upload a slide show from photobucket.

I am doing this because I want to use photos from multiple galleries. I could create a gallery with with all the photos I want to use but then if I ever showed them on my home page I would have to show that gallery too from what I understand.

This is the slideshow address that I am using. That is what photo bucket told me to copy and paste.

My account nickname is apointofviewimages. Any advice is helpful. I dont particulary have to use photobucket at this point in time. A solution solving the problem in my 2nd paragraph using smugmug would also be gladly appreciated.

Have you considered running your homepage slideshow using a keyword instead of a gallery? That's what I do - photos tagged with the keyword deniseHome are used in my slideshow. And they reside in many different galleries. And that way you don't need to involve an outside website, everything can run from your smug site.

To do that, use feedURL instead of AlbumID in your slideshow definition.

Use the bulk keyword tool for each gallery that you want to include in the slideshow. It's on the photo tools menu.

Put the keyword you want to use for your slideshow in all photos for those galleries. They can be removed the same way...
