only web size video showing up

When I come to view videos, i only get the option of web. the ipod/dvd size is grey and I cannot select it. Is there something I am not doing right?

i thougt i was in that forum as i dont remember ever coming into the "action" forum to begin with. So not sure how my post ended up here
