I assume if I put a custom watermark on my images via the smugmug add watermark process, that watermark will not be printed if someone orders a print, right? The watermark I create from an uploaded PNG file will only show up on the images online, not on prints? I'm sure that's the case but just wanted to be sure.

The watermark is only on the display images, not on your original - as noted on this help page: http://www.smugmug.com/help/custom-watermark-protection.
