You can set hide owner to yes in customize gallery.
Keep in mind that this will hide your customization in addition to not showing you as the photographer.

Yes I know you can hide owner on an gallery, I have 62 galleries with 4039 photos in this Category called Wood Park Primary and I would like to hide owner on this entire Gallery so the visitors can not get to my other school and personal album any ideas?

If you really want to hide owner on the entire category, I'd suggest that you use SmugBrowser. You can do a bulk update at a category level with that tool.

You are aware that no one accessing galleries in that category will know who the owner of the photos is, right?
