He's a mean looking bugger! Did you know dragonflies hate golfers? I had to be a way better golfer than I actually am because I didn't like being at the water hazards. They bite!
Some of the macro pics make me think dragonflies are cute, but yours really emphasize why they have their name.
Lookit his little fangs and threatening demeanor. He does look like a little dragon. Great shots!

Thanks, don't think they really qualify as macro as I took them from about 5 feet aware using a 300mm non-macro lens.
